Finding Singles Online
I always believed that online dating is boring and intended for people who are too lazy to go out and live out their life. Unfortunately for me, I learned that I was wrong the hard way (but learned the error of my ways and started looking for singles online later).
In short, I've had lots of bad dates: from guys I didn't like because they weren't physically my type, to guys whom I didn't like simply because they were boring or 'nothing special' as one of my friends puts it. One time I was on a date and a guy even told me he was in love with me and that it was the love at first sight - sure, it's all nice in fairy tales, but it's a bit freaky in real life (good thing it was happening in a restaurant with clearly marked exits!) and that particular date ended up not long after it started.
But after I discovered that dating is also possible online (a fact which I completely ignored up to that point), my life took a turn for the better. Now I try to find singles online and really know them first.
